Stainless Steel Kitchen Shelf
We have a stainless steel kitchen shelf and it is by far the
best thing that we’ve bought this year. It seems like such an unimportant thing to pay so much attention to but
really it’s taken away a lot of our stress. Personally, I’m a stickler for detail. The day is taken up with chores,
work, child-minding and trying to have some semblance of a social/love life like many. This means that I don’t have
time to worry about the little things anymore. A renovation was definitely necessary.
We have gone for the modern look. It’s expensive but worth it.
The whole kitchen is now fitted in chrome, stainless steel and a few personal items to give it a homely feel and I
must say it’s a huge burden off of my shoulders. The only problem is that it seems like a very clinical place and
eventually I will have to find a way to spice it up a little but it is a great option for all of you considering an
update in the kitchen, I love stainless steel because it’s durable, sturdy and there is a surprisingly great
selection of kitchen furniture to choose from.
I love the Danver Shelves. You have to be a trade key member to
purchase them though. They cost $124.00 but they are beautiful! The thought of spending so much can be daunting but
somehow I have justified similar purchases to need and quality of life. ICR shelves go for $98.95. The thing about
these is that they are dark and gorgeous so they don’t fit in with the look that I was going for but they will work
in a kitchen with a darker base palette and provide something different for the general consumer. They don’t cost
much either, which is always a benefit.
If you want to stick to the cool, modern theme that we have
embraced you can get a 2 tier corner shelf for $59.79 which is very different. It’s impractical if you have animals
or children because it is free-standing but I love the look of it in the kitchen. It’s visible but still neat and
tidy so it’s a good choice if you need things to be quickly at hand. It is also out of the way and will match
silver kitchen appliances like modern-style toasters, fridges and stoves. It’s always nice to pick up the same
accents throughout the room
The stainless steel kitchen shelf is really the way to go for
those of you who prefer a clinical, clean kitchen and don’t mind spending a bit of money to get it. They are pricey
but practical and very nice to look at. They will last you a long time and it is going to be awhile before new
kitchen materials become as popular which means you don’t have to worry about the shelves going out of date. If
you’re hoping to stick to that more family-friendly feel though then rather opt for a wood or chipboard trimmings.
Don’t match the two though. They can never quite reconcile themselves and you will find that a lot of items will
seem out of place if you do. Happy renovating!
